‘Slippin’ is a potent new collaboration between two former Subliminal alumni friends—singer and songwriter Angelica de No, and house and techno DJ and producer Alecs, formerly of Chaka & Marty fame, as they deliver a slab of dynamite underground heat for House Trained.

With over 20 years in the Dance music scene, Angelica de No is an American born multicultural beauty (Spanish, Moroccan, Slavic and Czech), and daughter of renowned Flamenco singer Angel de No, who grew up surrounded by all music genres. Angelica’s recording journey started in 1997 as a reference track singer, and then quickly converted to a featured artist upon first meeting Guido Osorio in 2001. And in 2003, she hit the Billboard charts with her club classic ‘Dangerous’. Over the course of her career, Angelica has collaborated with the likes of Guido Osorio (DJ Guido of Razor and Guido), Antranig, Joeski, David Morales, MicFreak, Zonum, Patricia Starr, DJ Spen, Erick Morillo, Exacta and Tech Us Out, just to name a few.

Alecs is a house and techno DJ and producer from Orange County, California and has been the official producer of Chaka & Marty, releasing productions on Subliminal Records, Juicy Music, HoTL Records, and has remixed for Robbie Rivera and Angelica de No, among others. Now embarking on his solo career, Alecs has been releasing on labels such as Black Lizard, Transmit Recording, Twisted Funk Records, Overtones Records and Duff Music, notching up a plethora of high charting releases, with many more projects in the pipeline, bringing his well crafted special blend of tech house to the fore. Alecs also produces the Rhythm Section podcast on SoundCloud, featuring live sets and guest mixes from top DJs and producers.

Powered by driving percussive beats armed with a pulsing bass groove and a moody synth hook, ‘Slippin’ is dynamic and infectious. Alecs provides a playful cinematic soundtrack, full of tension-filled drops and comes garnished with diva-worthy powerhouse vocals from Angelica de No, destined to decimate the dance floor!

Nova porcija nove muzike!

Novu muziku koju smo slušali i predstavili posljednjih dana potpisuju i izvode Angelica de No, DJ Spen, Thommy Davis, M.F.S: Observatory i Berba PT.

Berba PT – Breaking The Rules

Portugalski DJ i producent Berba PT objavio je EP “Heartbreak” za etiketu Audiocode Records koju vode DJ Lukas i Fernanda Martins.

EP “Heartbreak” spoj je različitih žanrovskih utjecaja, ali s jasnim naglaskom na klasični hard techno. Uz karakteristične elemente i energiju koja će pokrenuti svaki plesni podij, EP će zadovoljiti i ljubitelje starog škole Schranza. Donosi pet energičnih i intenzivnih traka, “Breaking The Rules”, “Drop”, “Heartbreak”, “Madness” i remiks trake “Breaking The Rules” koji potpisuje Mađar TiltHAMMER.

M.F.S: Observatory – You Get Me Flustered

M.F.S: Observatory objavio je novi EP pod nazivom “You Get Me Flustered”, koji nudi bogatstvo futurističkih techno zvukova kroz osam traka. Naslovna traka “You Get Me Flustered”, zajedno s ostalim, “Sequence C”, “Kalimba”, “Dubby”, “This Is How We Do”, “Reversed Sustain”, “Take Your Life” i “Break Reverse”, čine pravu glazbenu odiseju.

M.F.S: Observatory, pravim imenom Mattia Turchetti, je Talijan koji živi u Londonu i neprestano radi u studiju i stvara sirove i duboke zvukove koji pomiču granice žanra. S izdanjima na renomiranim izdavačkim kućama kao što su Second State, Complexed Records i Kneaded Pain, njegova glazba stekla je široko priznanje, a on je nastupao od Helsinkija do Berlina i Italije. Vodi i vlastitu izdavačku kuću Observatory Music, gdje se sada vraća sa svojim najnovijim, neodoljivim porukama namijenjenim plesnom podiju.

Quantize Recordings s ponosom predstavlja fantastičnu reinterpretaciju plesnog klasika “Gonna Get Over You” France Joli iz 1981. godine, u izvedbi talentirane američke kantautorice Angelice de No, uz remikse DJ Spena i Thommyja Davisa.

Ovaj zarazni disko hit sigurno će rasplesati sve pod svjetlima disko kugle, dok Angelica de No svojim snažnim i melodičnim vokalom donosi novu energiju pjesmi. Prate je raskošni aranžmani puni živahnih brass dionica, lepršavih gudača, gitara u stilu Chica te elegantnih melodija klavira, sve to poduprto funky groov bas linijom. Quantize Recordings present a fabulous reimagining of France Joli’s 1981 dance classic ‘Gonna Get Over You’ by the talented singer-songwriter Angelica de No, featuring mixes by DJ Spen and Thommy Davis.

This infectious disco sparkler is set to get everyone grooving under the glitterball, as Angelica de No’s catchy soulful vocals come backed with a sumptuous soundtrack brimming with lively brass hooks, sweeping strings, Chic-style guitars and classy piano melodies, all underpinned by a funky bass groove. The production team of DJ Spen, Thommy Davis, and Michele Chiavarini have masterfully recreated ‘Gonna Get Over You’, blending classic disco glamour with contemporary dance floor flair to create a fresh vibe for 2025.
