Featuring Ed Hoffman, Marco Weber, Karjala, MAKARII, Hockaday and Dean Kabir, ‘RETREAT 001’ reflects distinct approaches shaped into a unified identity. Every artist who attends a retreat is included on the corresponding release, documenting the creative output formed on site.

R-TRYBE operates as both a label and creative platform founded by Huxley, Ramin Rezaie and BAKKIS. Built around a music-first philosophy, the project connects producers through education, feedback and collaboration, combining an online community with in-person writing retreats. Members can share works in progress, receive structured critique and take part in a community-driven label where submissions are voted on before a final curated selection is made, creating a balanced and transparent release process. The retreats extend this into a physical setting, allowing artists to live and work together across a focused week of studio sessions and workshops.

The next retreat takes place in Portugal from 01/11/26 to 08/11/26. Artists interested in attending can contact the team via Instagram DM at @rtrybeofc.

We are presenting DJ Hockaday’s ‘Sky Fall’.

‘RETREAT 001’ VA will be available after March 13th HERE.
