Novu muziku koju smo slušali i predstavili posljednjih dana potpisuju Drake, Maya Jane Coles, Âme, Lady Gaga, Arca, Charli XCX, A. G. Cook, Jimmy Edgar, Franky Wah, Carl Cox, Alan Fitzpatrick, Kozmodrum, Nina Kraviz, Ryan Elliott, PTU, Vladimir Dubyshkin, Inigo Kennedy, Moritz Hofbauer i Boris Brejcha.

Drake “Certified Lover Boy”
Kanadski reper Drake izbacio je album “Certified Lover Boy” najavljen prije godinu dana. Album sadrži 23 pjesme, a kao suradnici su navedeni JAY-Z, Future, Travis Scott, Lil Wayne, Young Thug, 21 Savage, Ty Dolla $ign, Kid Cudi, Rick Ross, Lil Baby i Project Pat.

Maya Jane Coles “Night Creature”
Britansko-japanska muzičarka Maya Jane Coles “uvijek je bila biće noći”, pa nije ni čudo što njezin šesti studijski album nosi ime “Night Creature”. Album izlazi na njezinoj etiketi I/AM/ME, a najavljen je s tri singla, “Night Creature”, “Survival Mode” i “Need”.

Âme “The Witness”
Njemački dvojac Âme, koji čine Kristian Beyer i Frank Wiedemann, nakon osam godina se vraća na svoju etiketu Innervisions, i to za 100. izdanje – EP “The Witness”. Naslovna traka je suradnja s američkom umjetnicom i vokalisticom K Á R Y Y N, a svoj doprinos EP-ju koji sadrži četiri trake dao je i Dixon.

Lady Gaga “Dawn Of Chromatica”
Pop zvijezda Lady Gaga izbacila je remiks izdanje svog šestog studijskog albuma “Chromatica”. Potpuno novo, zaigrano i teatralno iskustvo, ali s istom energijom originalnog albuma, “Dawn Of Chromatica” donosi 14 remikseva koje potpisuju LSDXOXO, Coucou Chloe, Arca, Rina Sawayama & Clarence Clarity, Pablo Vittar, Charli XCX & A. G. Cook, Ashnikko, Shygirl & Mura Masa, Doss, Dorian Electra, Chester Lockhart, Mood Killer & Lil Texas, Planningtorock, Bree Runway & Jimmy Edgar i bloodpop.

Franky Wah, Carl Cox – We Are One
Britanac Frank Wah i omiljeni Carl Cox za Ministry of Sound udružuju snage na singlu “We Are One”.

Alan Fitzpatrick feat. Kele – W.A.I.S.T.D.
Titan Alan Fitzpatrick najavio je prvi album u 10 godina. “Machine Therapy” izlazi pod etiketom Anjunadeep 12. studenog, a najavljen je deep house singlom “W.A.I.S.T.D.” na kojem gostuje britanska pjevačica Kele.

Kozmodrum – Wormhoooooooooole…
Kozmodrum, hrvatski bend multiinstrumentalista i polivalentnog muzičara Janka Novoselića, izbacio je svoj treći album “Kozmodrum” na etiketi Rika Muzika. Dizajn omota albuma i animacije za videospot pjesme “Wormhoooooooooole…” radio je umjetnik Ivan Blažetić Šumski.

Nina Kraviz “Skyscrapers Remixes”
Nakon što je najavila novi album singlom “Skyscrapers”, Ruskinja Nina Kraviz objavila je prvo remiks izdanje s devet verzija koje potpisuju deep house legenda Solomun, resident kluba Berghain Ryan Elliott i ekipa s njezine etikete трип, PTU i Vladimir Dubyshkin.

Inigo Kennedy “Eyes Closed in The Sun”
Cijenjeni britanski producent Inigo Kennedy za svoju etiketu Asymmetric Records objavio je album “Eyes Closed in The Sun”.

Moritz Hofbauer – Black Ice (Boris Brejcha Remix)
Etiketa FCKNG SERIOUS slavi šest godina postojanja, a za tu priliku izlazi i EP sa šest traka na kojem originale i remikseve potpisuju Deniz Bul, Lea Naomi, Ann Clue, Theydream, Moritz Hofbauer i šef etikete Boris Brejcha.

Revered London-based electronic DJ and producer Inigo Kennedy returns to his personal and inspirational Asymmetric Records with the first release on the label in twelve years, ‘Recovery Mode’ EP.

2020 offered the techno pioneer an unanticipated amount of studio time to realign his focus into the highly acclaimed label, the result being the 2021 rebirth of Asymmetric Records, a comeback that is truly an honour to behold.

Initially launched in January 1999, Asymmetric Records became the home to Kennedy’s most intimate productions. The label began as a vinyl-only imprint but come 2004 Kennedy embraced the digital revolution of electronic music, the Asymmetric | MP3 project was created and all releases were made available to download for free in MP3 format. Despite the digital transformation of the label, the sound of Asymmetric continued to grow and diversify over the years, with the label’s productions evolving into directions that covered a far wider breadth of electronic and experimental sounds. Come the twenty-first release in 2012, Asymmetric came to a natural halt whilst Kennedy concentrated on other creative pursuits including the hefty Inigo Kennedy and Token Records techno alliance that stretches more than a decade with dozens of tracks and releases including the highly acclaimed ‘Trajectory’ EP and the diverse and raw ‘Strata’ album. Other recent productions from the respected producer have included the melancholic sounds of the ‘Arcadian Falls’ solo EP on Belgian label Voltage and Kennedy’s latest 2021 Modularz collaboration on Jeff Mills’ illustrious Axis Records.

With Kennedy maintaining such forceful presence over the last two decades, and with the magnitude of the comeback ‘Recovery Mode’ EP being certain to forge his musical reputation even further forwards, Asymmetric Records aficionados certainly have a lot to look forward to over the coming months.

We are presenting the second track ‘Ricochet’ which follows possessing booming basslines and twisted rolling rhythms, enveloping the listener into a powerful dancefloor rapture.
