For many years, Sunčica Barišić was known by her artist name Miss Sunshine, yet recently she turned a new page, changing her moniker to Insolate. This year, she celebrates two decades of her career that encapsules the action behind the decks, studio wizardry, along with organizing premium events with performances of fine techno artists through the TRAUM platform and taking care of her vinyl label Out Of Place with her partner Volster.
Her craft was built through countless gigs throughout the world, including festivals like Tomorrowland, Amsterdam Dance Event and Dimensions. Also, it was finely tuned in the studio, producing inventive techno cuts which were published on fine underground labels like Deeply Rooted, Random Island, Decoy, Tic Tac Toe, Kaputt, Bondage etc. As for the genre itself, she says that it never fails to make her close her eyes and shiver. The same could be said of this podcast, where she delivers a complex journey through various styles of dirty & refined techno, transcending borders of the mind and providing high-octane fuel for the body.
