PODCAST 105 – Franz Alice Stern

#House #Deep #Progressive #Electro

A young and vastly imaginative Berlin based Italian artist Franz Alice Stern gained his inspiration from visionaries like Pink Floyd, Trentemoller, Depeche Mode and Kraftwerk, but also from the classical masters like Bach or Mozart. There are two aspects of their music that he finds crucial: psychedelia and the will to break boundaries. His particular style is derived from these qualities and transmitted to the hypnotic planes of clubbing euphoria, yet subtly tainted with some dark and menacing overtones. Here he takes us on a journey through the deep streams of house and techno, dripping with exotic flavors of psychedelia and tastefully rounded with the irresistible charm of sparkling retro-electro delicacies.
