Jannowitz Records, Berlin based label ran by BOHO, is celebrating their fifth anniversary with dual various artist compilations titled ‘Alive & Death’ and ‘Death & Alive’.
‘Death & Alive’ focuses on the darker and harder side of Jannowitz Records, but that doesn’t mean that ‘Alive & Death’ doesn’t feature harder techno tracks with music from BOHO and Mycell, Peppou and Martin Stoilkov, Dejvid Kavazovic, Do Not, Markus Volker, Reza Golroo, and Webby.
All in all ‘Death & Alive’ showcases the heavier sounds, featuring Coppola, Foolik, Thiago Monteiro, Madtales, Ponte, and a collaboration between Rabo and Traumata, which we are presenting now.
‘Mood 1993’, the label debut for the Austrians, is probably the hardest of them all. It puts you right back into the mood of the 90s rave and trance era.
‘Death & Alive’ VA compilation will be available from the 18th March HERE.
