Ben Men and Rob Malone’s BTRAX Records welcome the legendary Orlando Voorn for a first EP on the label, ‘Marching Through The Underground’, that features remixes from Altroy & Robben and a track co-produced with Ricky Sinz.
Orlando Voorn is a Dutchman who has long provided a key link to Detroit techno in the States. He has released on the likes of Kevin Saunderson’s KMS and Derrick May’s Fragile as well as having collaborated with Juan Atkins and Blake Baxter. Famous for his ability to make anything from drum & bass to ambient, electro to hip hop and of course quality house and techno, he has come through once again on this latest missive.
We are presenting the title track ‘Marching Through the Underground’ that gets things underway in electrifying fashion with its grinding electro grooves and sci-fi chords. It harks back to the earliest days of Cybertron and is a future-retro classic in the making.
‘Marching Through The Underground’ EP will be available after the 1st of May.
