951beat, a techno label based in Tokyo, presents Pathwaves’ ‘Pendulum’ EP which features a remix from label boss Ryogo Yamamori.
Pathwaves is a Greece electronic music producer and DJ from Athens who shares his ways of expression and experimentation about music since 2016, through a mixture of droning and psychoacoustic elements.
With his music and performances as a DJ, Pathwaves focuses on techno hybrid live sets, layered with groovy loops and bizarre soundscapes using hardware gear, aiming to convey to the listener the magic of sound hallucinations, which invade into a sound complex, entirely psychedelic but at the same time gently dancing, patterns that are mainly noticeable in his first EP, ‘Pendulum’.
