PREMIERE: 3Beat – What You Gonna Do

3Beat lands on Lee Foss’ Repopulate Mars with a trio of house cuts on the ‘What You Gonna Do’ EP, in collaboration with GenX and Voltech.

After making a mark in his homeland, Brazil’s 3Beat is now gaining momentum around the world, having released on record labels such as Lee Foss’ Repopulate Mars and Vintage Culture’s Só Track Boa with the support of tastemakers from Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike to AFROJACK. First up, he offers the solo cut ‘What You Gonna Do’, a slamming and tightly programmed tech cut brought to life by some glorious synth work and a heart-swelling female vocal that soars above the crisp beats. It’s a good-time groove designed with style.

Next comes a collaboration with fellow Brazilian GenX, who has signed to Universal Music and had hits like ‘Pirate’ streamed more than 24 million times while also working with the likes of Vicenzi and Liu. Their ‘Moombah’ track is a punchy house sound with prickly percussion and driving bass that has a sense of Latin flair with the vocals and the tropical melodies that flutter about to hypnotic effect.

Lastly, 3Beat links with Voltech, another Brazilian native making worldwide waves and picking up props from the likes of Vintage Culture and ALOK. ‘Dancing’ is a turbocharged groove with filtered, moody male vocals and sleek synth stabs that light up the infectious drums.

We are presenting the title track ‘What You Gonna Do’.

‘What You Gonna Do’ EP will be available after the 8th of November HERE.
