Papa Lu infuses his trance inducing acid strut percussion and electro tech stabs with a strung out hypnotic pleading vocal to create ‘Got To Have You’.
B-side continues the acid trip as Papa Lu evokes a Brazilian funk driven vocal layered into a bass heavy percussion bounce. ‘Bora Chega Faz Correr’ wraps up ‘Got To Have You’ EP that continues the run of constructive sound exploration and re-education of house genres on the American label LISA’S KICKBACK.
Papa Lu will be performing at the Burning Man Camp Fundraiser Kazbah in Los Angeles on June 13.
