Rising star of the harder techno fraternity Luciid is fast becoming one of the hottest names in techno. The DJ and Producer who began honing his skills in a quiet corner of Ireland quickly established a global A list fan base of artists like Charlotte de Witte, Amelie Lens, Reinier Zonneveld, Perc and Dense & Pika, who have all championed Luciid’s brilliantly raw sound in their recent live sets and streams.
Luciid’s future-facing sound fuses elements of rave with a unique take on power driven big-room techno. Recently he has published the debut single ‘Chainsaw’ on Crisis Of Man label and a remix of ‘From Nothing’ by Dense & Pika feat. Melody’s Enemy on Kneaded Pains.
“This mix is a showcase of a raw and hypnotic style of production that I have been absorbed in since the beginning of the year. Much like the single ‘Chainsaw’ many of the other tracks in this mix focus on driving grooves with raw drums and warehouse-ready echoing percussions and synths.
