The French label Elemento Records, 99.9% composed of women, is presenting its first release. ‘When The Lights Go Down’ is a radical dive into electronic music featuring four tracks by MZA, EKLPX, SWOOH and EKLOSE.
Elemento Records is an artistic collective based in Rennes, Brittany. Their main activities are: music production, booking, and event organization. Guided by values like women valorization, inclusion, empowerment and sharing, they question women’s cultural place and give them the opportunity to produce content and perform in a safe space, where sexism doesn’t exist. Overall, they want to fight together for gender equality.
‘When The Lights Go Down’ VA expresses a need to come together on the dance floor, it is festive and protesting, and it stands for a free and inclusive party. Trance, acid and rave for the maximum freedom of expression.
We are presenting ‘Fearless’ from EKLPX, a dark acid track which surrounds you and leads you to the rave.
