Motek Music is presenting ‘Journey Within’ EP from a “dear friend and one of the nicest guys in the business”, Amir Telem.
Amir Telem made a name for himself in recent years with his ethnic influenced releases on labels such as Kindisch, Bar 25 and The Soundgarden.
‘Journey Within’ EP is showing a different side of Amir Telem as an artist, with a minimal-ish, stripped back track ‘Journey Within’ and a dancefloor driven breakbeat track ‘Be’.
The remixes come from rising UK underground producers Pattern Tusk and Dharma. With his re-interpretation of ‘Journey Within’, Pattern Tusk brings in the Romanian Minimal influences, whilst sticking to the spirit of the original. Dharma gives us two remixes of ‘Be’, with the NU Disco influenced breaks remix and a leftfield Drum and Bass interpretation.
We are presenting the second track ‘Be’.
