As the anticipation continues to build for the release of their second artist album, ‘Stronger’, Australian House production duo Random Soul reveal the third single from the album, ‘Diving’, complete with a set of tasty remixes courtesy of prolific British producer Richard Earnshaw and dynamic fellow Aussie producer, Mark Maxwell.
Sydney’s Random Soul, aka DJs Yogi & Husky, define house music at its core, celebrating nearly 2 decades of soulful, deep and funky house hues, releasing music on Large music, Guesthouse, Salted Music and Deepvisionz and their own imprint, Random Soul Recordings.
As they get set to drop their second artist album in 2025, they have been tearing up the dance floors and airwaves with two vibrant single releases, ’Thinking About You’ (Incl. Dr Packer and Jay Bhana Remixes) and ‘Sway Me’ featuring Laura Vane (Incl. Saison and James Alexandr Mixes), winning support from the likes of Crystal Waters, Jamie Jones, Mark Knight, Gok Wan, Sam Divine and many more.
‘Diving’ is a catchy yet melancholy song, of as Yogi delivers a heartfelt soulful vocal, waxing lyrical about the trap of unrelenting love, even when it’s not good for us, underpinned by a signature rich deep house Random Soul production.
On the remixes, Richard Earnshaw gives the song his suave Sugarsoul treatment, delivering a warm and bubbly soulful groove that oozes class, and Mark Maxwell ramps up the tech house energy, injecting percussive driving drums and wonky synths, primed for some big room action.
