Bohemian Disco’s Jason Herd unleashes his eighth release on the label with a potent slab of underground heat ready to tear up the dance floors titled, ‘Sound Of The Record’.
Powered by a deep booming bass groove packed with rolling beats and laced with dynamic breakdowns, Jason Herd gets playful with a lively vocal loop, “Here Come The Sound Of The Record” and injects a big filtered piano riff destined to cause some serious mayhem in the big rooms and festivals this summer!
Jason Herd has gained worldwide acclaim with his uplifting house productions on top labels such as on Defected, Subliminal Azuli, Toolroom, Moody and CR2, among others. He’s more recently been prolific on the charts with releases on Jackies with Todd Terry, Soulfuric Music, LTBH and has more releases coming in 2025 on labels like Groove Culture. He launched his Bohemian Disco label in summer 2023 working with artists including Barbara Tucker, Kathy Brown, Roland Clark, Steve Edwards and The Bohemian Disco Choir, and receiving support from Sam Divine, Horse Meat Disco Jamie Jones, Claptone, Stonebridge and more. Last summer, Jason’s anthem, Herd & Fitz x Abigail Bailey ‘I Just Can’t Get Enough’ took Ibiza by storm with mixes from Hannah Wants and Jakkob and played everywhere from Ushuaia to DC10 and Amnesia, hitting No.1 Tick Tok, No.1 Apple Music, and Beatport Top 10. Motive and many more. As a DJ, Jason has performed at Global Gathering, Creamfields, Space Ibiza, Pacha Ibiza, Amnesia Ibiza, Space, Toolroom Knights and many more – heading back again to the white isle this summer!
